From the warm welcome at reception to the cozy and clean rooms, the experience was excellent. the photos and description of the room were accurate, and we were pleased to find that it matched our expectations. the facilities were in good working order, and we felt right at home. the location was outstanding, with easy access to restaurants and the nearby metro station. the staff was helpful and communication was excellent. it was great value for money and we highly recommend it. The hotel offers really reasonable prices for a great stay in downtown. Its ideal location allows easy access to main attractions and our favorite El Abd patisserie. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room, with a comfortable bed and a balcony, was clean and calm, making it feel like a home away from home.

This hotel in downtown is a great value for money. The prices are fair and you get everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and even a balcony in some rooms. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby.

Perfect location close to everything in the heart of the city, the hotel is very clean, with excellent wifi, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving tips on local food and places to visit.
Could not be improved in any way, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

During our xmas stay, the hotel had a nice and comfortable room that was clean and spacious for two people. , the staff was polite, welcoming, and offered good customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient, just a few minutes walking from a main square in the city.
We experienced a few downsides during our stay. there were occasional interruptions in the wifi service which made it hard to connect to the internet at times.

Moreover, the hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the lively downtown area and indulge in the various nearby attractions and restaurants. The hostel is located in a very convenient area, close to all main landmarks and right in the city centre. There is a metro station nearby that makes it easy to move around. the rooms are clean and comfortable with enough space. the staff are friendly and helpful when requested.
The check-in process can be difficult, especially if you don't have the correct payment method.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Star Hostel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cairo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with printing train tickets and providing recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a functioning AC. The hot water in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hostel had a strong WiFi connection, which was a huge plus for me as a traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.
